I bought preconstruction condo and being leased out, I've been in the States and working over a year ( I am Canadian Citizen) Can I claim HST Rebate after final closing

Hi Joey,
Non-residents of Canada can claim the GST rebate on the purchase of newly constructed property that is leased to a tenant.
