Hello,
I am a Canadian tax resident and I am building an online business which I wish to register as an LLC in the US. I have, until now, only ever operated a business as a Canadian sole proprietor (in Ontario) – providing freelance services. Very simple. Now, I really need advice. It's easy to find companies in the US that will happily take my money to register my business as an LLC in Wyoming, but I need tax advice from Canada. Please help?

Hi, thanks for reaching out to me. Do not open up a LLC to operate your online business in the US. LLCs cause double taxation for Canadians.
You can either operate your business through a Canadian corporation or a US C-corporation. Both options are acceptable.
