Do I need to fill form T1135 if I have US ETF invested in Interactive brokers worth over 100k?

If the cost amount (i.e. amount paid upon purchase) of the ETF units in the US that you own is more than $100,000 Canadian dollars, then you need to complete and file form T1135 with your Canadian personal tax return. To determine the cost amount in Canadian dollars, apply the foreign exchange rate between the US and Canada as of the purchase date.
