I have an invoice from a heavy mechanic shop and they have parts itemized by quantity and unit price then total per line item, but the labour hours aren't showing quantity or units just an amount. is that legal?

This is question is better answered by a lawyer, but from my knowledge, it does not appear to violate any laws.
