Hi, When you hold a holding company, do you file a corporate tax return and financial statement annually too? Thank you so much for your advice about flowing money through my company to a holding company to buy a personal residence and I need to really consider the annual expenses of annual filings for a holding company and wondering if it’s worth it. Is it the same cost as filing corporate tax return plus annua financial statement?

Thank you for your question. A holding company also needs to file an annual corporate tax return and financial statements. The cost will be less than a regular operating company, because there are fewer transactions.
