I received NR4s instead of T5/T3s and I want to file. I have informed my financial advisor but they taking forever to get back to me and I want to file.
Can I use the information in the boxes on my NR4s to figure out my investment income for my schedule 4? There are numbers in boxes 16 ($208.31), 17($52.08) and 26($1951.84).
If you are a non-resident of Canada, and you earned interest income, dividend income and/or rental income from Canadian sources, then do not file a Canadian tax return. Wait until your financial adviser issues the correct NR4 slips.
