I am non-resident Canadian citizen planning to move back to Canada in August. If I sell property in India and bring that money to Canada, do I have to pay tax on the money I bring to Canada.

If you sell the Indian property prior to coming back to Canada, then the cash received from the sale and transferred to a Canadian bank account will not be subject to Canadian tax.
